We are always honored to be a part of a couple’s wedding, and L-O-V-E to consider everything when planning the stationery and coordinating day-of decor and pieces. We think about the overall aesthetic of the venue, theme and decor ideas, color palette and how the guests will experience the entire wedding. This means from the first introduction of the save the dates, to invitations, to all the signage and stationery for the actual wedding day. We are excited to share Chelsea and Richard’s special day, captured beautifully by the very talented The Malicotes in a Kentucky Bride Magazine feature.
Pretty greenery was a focal point for this wedding, and just the right shades of moss and fern green certainly brought in the extraordinary nature feel of their pristine 5-star Kentucky venue – Ashford Acres Inn.
We sketched a custom illustration of the historic home that will become a great keepsake in remembering this special day in the couple’s lives. Carrying this aesthetic into the wedding day items was especially fun, with a trendy mirror seating chart with cards and custom wax seals. The florist’s touches of greenery on the mirror made it lush and eye-popping even from the guests’ seats across the dance floor.
Painting the couple’s two dogs and cat was a bonus for their signature cocktail sign, and the lovely napkins, table cards and thank yous helped tie the look together. Congratulations Chelsea and Richard! Many blessings from Posh Paper and thank you again.
